Curvehood (“the Interface”, “we”, “us”) is experimental software provided as-is for research, education, and entertainment on Robinhood Chain and related networks. Features may break, change, or be removed without notice. Roadmap items are informational only and may be modified.

Use of the Interface does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or partnership relationship. We do not custody your keys or assets. You interact with smart contracts and third-party wallets at your own risk.

You represent that you are legally permitted to use blockchain applications in your jurisdiction, are not subject to sanctions, and will comply with applicable law. The Interface is not directed at any person where such use would be unlawful.

Bonding curves, graduations, LP locks, fee claims, buy-and-burn, and stock-token payouts are protocol mechanics that may fail, be paused, or behave unexpectedly. Creator and platform fee estimates (including marketing figures such as volume or pay examples) are illustrative only and not guarantees of revenue.

THE INTERFACE AND ALL CONTRACTS, CONTENT, AND ROADMAP MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curvehood and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Interface.
